REFUND POLICY.

At The Dreambooster Project, we are grateful for every donation made in support of our mission to equip and empower children in our community. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of individuals and partners to carry out our programs and initiatives.
Monetary Donations
All monetary donations made to The Dreambooster Project are considered final and non-refundable. This includes one-time contributions, recurring donations, and any gifts made through our online platforms.
We are committed to transparency and accountability, and all funds received are used to directly support our programs—including school supply drives, youth empowerment events, and community outreach.
If you believe a donation was made in error or there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review each case individually and do our best to address any concerns.
In-Kind Donations (via Registry or Direct Drop-Off)
If you contributed items through our supply registry or dropped off physical goods, all sales or shipping questions must be handled directly through the original retailer, as The Dreambooster Project does not process these transactions.
